2009 Armed Forces Championship

High Desert Sportsmen welcomes all shooters. High Desert Sportsmen Club Operates at the City of Albuquerque shooting range park which is  conveniently located west of Albuquerque, New Mexico. The Park provides a safe environment for shooters of all ages.  A parent or guardian must accompany youth under the age of 16. The shooting Range Park is home to eleven skeet fields, two trap fields and one five stand facility. Monthly NSSA target registration is available through the High Desert Sportsmen's club.

High Desert Sportsmen membership is $30.00 per year and is due each January.

General membership meeting and election of Officers, Saturday, 21 Feb 2009, 1 PM at the Skeet and Trap range.

We offer Spring and Fall Skeet leagues which are open to the public. Contact us at high.desertsportsmen@hotmail.com for more information on start dates.

The Park is located approximately 12 miles west of the intersection of I-25 and I-40 ("Big I"). It is easy to reach by traveling west on I-40 and exiting at the Paseo del Vulcan ramp, Exit 149. Turn right at the stop sign and proceed north four miles; turn left onto Shooting Range Rd. and travel three miles to the Park.
